Ben Bohane will lead this 12-week pro­gram that has been specif­i­cal­ly adapt­ed to work­ing in a COVID-19 envi­ron­ment. It will equip stu­dents with the nec­es­sary method­olog­i­cal and prac­ti­cal tools for the research and pro­duc­tion of pho­to essays suit­able for pub­li­ca­tion in an edi­to­r­i­al con­text.

Photographers who are cit­i­zens and res­i­dents of Pacific Island nations.

Language: This pro­gram will be con­duct­ed in English.

DESCRIPTION

This sem­i­nar for stu­dents who live across the Pacific region will be taught main­ly in English, with Ben Bohane using local lan­guages when need­ed.

Scholars have been select­ed by Ben Bohane and the VII Academy through their respect net­works in the Pacific region and come from a diverse group of region­al indige­nous com­mu­ni­ties.
